This is a travelogue from my travel to China. So, I call it: China Travelogue.
It goes without saying that, throughout the history, China was one of the largest empires in the world. The Qing dynasty, also known as the Qing Empire, officially the Great Qing, was the last imperial dynasty of China, established in 1636 and ruled China from 1644 to 1912. It was preceded by the Ming dynasty and succeeded by the Republic of China. After Qing dynasty, a republic was formally established on 1 January 1912. The government lost its power in the wake of the Chinese civil war in 1949. Members of this government were exiled to Taiwan. Finally since 1 October 1949, after a near complete victory by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the Chinese Civil War, Mao Zedong proclaimed the People’s Republic of China (PRC) from Tiananmen.
